Roasted Half Shell Mussels
This is a great recipe for seafood and mussel lovers alike. Of all the mussels New Zealand mussels are among the best, biggest and juiciest world wide. New Zealand mussels are usually available in most grocery stores frozen. For your convenience they are usually packaged and shipped on the half shell making preparation of this recipe easier. The herbs in this recipe bring out the mild and delicate flavor of the New Zealand mussels yet add a great sweet flavor.

" My Goodness!
I just spoke to you on the phone a few minutes ago. I was at the 1st Communion that you catered on Saturday Oct 7th. I was in the kitchen with Marie when you came in to drop off your delicious recipes.
I REALY enjoyed the grilled vegetables you prepared that day. I know it may be part of your business to keep your recipes a secret, but I can\'t put into words how much I enjoyed the vegetables. Granted everything else was great I\'m sure, but the oxtails and vegetables were a hit for me.
If you could forward the recipe I would really appreciate it. If not then the next time you\'re in the Orlando area you have an invitation to my place where you can cook them for me and that way you really wouldn\'t be giving away your delicious recipe! smile!
Hope to hear from you soon.
